We are excited to announce that we will be leaving Paso Market Walk and moving into our own brick and mortar!
Your support over the last 5 years (can you believe it?!) is what has made this expansion possible.
With our expansion, there will be a few months where we will be non-operational while we finish our build out and get the new space guest ready.
While ramen will always be our priority focus, we are also excited to share that we will be expanding our menu and offering more izakaya style food options.
Please be sure to follow us along as we will be posting updates here on our website as well as our Instagram, and making appearances throughout the county doing some public pop-ups.
Our last day of service before our move will be Sunday July 13, and we hope to close out this chapter with as many familiar faces as possible.

On September 21, 2024, the purveyors at Paso Market Walk will host a fundraising event benefiting World Central Kitchen. Each participating purveyor will be offering a special dish à la carte available for purchase that is inspired by José Andrés and The World Central Kitchen Cookbook. Visitors can get a taste of the variety of meals World Central Kitchen provides for people impacted by natural disasters and other global crises.

In addition, attendees may donate directly to World Central Kitchen using Google Pay, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and CC payments. Checks made out to "World Central Kitchen” will also be accepted. With each $25 donation, you will be entered into a raffle for one of six copies of The World Central Kitchen Cookbook signed by José Andrés.

This will be a ticketed event, seating will be limited and closed for normal service. Izakaya takeovers are a set menu, there will be no substitutions available and we will not be able to meet any dietary restrictions. No outside alcohol will be permitted.

Bad jokes aside, we will be closing from Thursday September 21st-Sunday September 24th to get over to Tennessee in time for Chef’s youngest sisters wedding. We will resume normal business hours Wednesday September 27th.
